Barred former Raymond James Financial Services, Inc. broker Jose Gamez (CRD# 4292479) is accused of misappropriation. He was registered with Raymond James Financial Services, Inc. in San Antonio, Texas, from 2017 to 2025, when he was terminated regarding, “Individual alleged to have used client funds for personal reasons.” He was previously registered with LPL Financial LLC in San Antonio, Texas, from 2012 to 2017.
In October 2025, FINRA barred him after he “consented to the sanction and to the entry of findings that he failed to provide information and documents requested by FINRA in connection with its investigation into whether he used customer funds for personal reasons.”

He has been the subject of one customer complaint, according to his CRD report:
August 2025. “Client requests reimbursement of principal and lost market opportunity following FA's alleged misappropriation of funds.” The customer sought $1,863,371 in damages, and the case was settled for $413,370.18. The complaint took place while he was registered with Raymond James Financial Services, Inc.
