Claimant Alleges Fraud, Breach of Contract, Breach of Fiduciary Duty, Negligence Claimant alleges that she was missold investments by Aegis.” The customer is seeking $650,000 in damages, and the case is currently pending. The complaint was regarding alternative investment losses.
