In February 2008, the Kentucky Division of Securities sanctioned him to pay a $2,000 fine regarding allegations that he transacted business in Kentucky without registration.

April 2022. “Unsuitable, illiquid.” The customer is seeking $306,305.44  in damages and the case is currently pending. The complaint was regarding alternative investments. 

January 2022. “Unsuitable, illiquid and high risk.” The customer is seeking $400,000 in damages and the case is currently pending. The complaint was regarding alternative investments. 

Pursuant to FINRA Rules, member firms are responsible for supervising a broker’s activities during the time the broker is registered with the firm. Therefore, Center Street Securities, Inc. may be liable for investment or other losses suffered by James Jones’ customers.
