There are options for customers of former Laidlaw & Company financial advisor Patrick Maddren (CRD# 4665903) regarding losses sustained from unauthorized trading, churning and unsuitable investment recommendations. Maddren has been registered with Westpark Capital, Inc. in Fort Lauderdale, Florida since August 2017. Maddren has been the subject of two customer complaints between 2012 and 2016, one of which was denied, according to his CRD report:

March 2016. “Failure to follow instructions, material misrepresentations and omissions, excessive trading and commissions, unauthorized trading, unsuitable recommendations, breach of contract.” The customer sought $1 million in damages and the case was settled for $295,000.
