He has been registered with Cetera Investment Services LLC in Arcadia, California, from 2013 to 2023.
Haiguang Yin Customer Complaints
He has been the subject of three customer complaints between 2014 and 2020, one of which was denied, according to his CRD report. The most recent complaint was regarding:
October 2020. “Claimant alleges unsuitable investment recommendations.” The customer sought $175,000 in damages, and the case was settled for $5,000.
Pursuant to FINRA Rules, member firms are responsible for supervising a broker’s activities during the time the broker is registered with the firm. Therefore, Cetera Investment Services LLC may be liable for investment or other losses suffered by Haiguang Yin’s customers.
