Barth has been the subject of four customer complaints between 2003 and 2019, one of which was closed without action, one was withdrawn, and one was denied, according to his CRD report:

December 2019. “FINRA arbitration 19-03530 in which claimants allege misrepresentation in the sale of REITS.” The customer is seeking $600,000 in damages and the case is currently pending. The complaint was regarding real estate securities REITs.
