The failure to promptly report the transfer error and client concerns related to account losses resulted in termination of employment from employing credit union and termination of registration from firm.”
Previously, he was registered with Cetera Advisor Networks LLC in Washougal, Washington, from July to November 2016.

November 2022. “Customer alleged that representative failed to follow instructions to sell all positions as part of a transfer of three accounts in May 2022. The positions were not liquidated until October 2022 resulting in losses.” The case was settled for $109,073.11. The complaint was regarding managed advisory accounts, and it took place while he was registered with Cuso Financial Services, L.P.
