She has been registered with Newbridge Securities Corporation in Scottsdale, Arizona, from 2016 to 2019, Questar Capital Corporation in Scottsdale, Arizona, from January to November 2016, when he was terminated regarding, “registered representative discharged due to violation of firm policies and procedures related to unauthorized use of discretion. He was also registered with First Allied Securities, Inc. in Scottsdale, Arizona, from 2012 to 2016.

Elaine Zito Customer Complaints

She has been the subject of eight customer complaints between 2001 and 2025, two of which were denied and one was withdrawn, according to her CRD report:

July 2025. “Breach of contract; breach of fiduciary duty; negligence; and violations of state and federal securities rules and laws.” The customer is seeking $325,000 in damages, and the case is currently pending. The complaint was regarding alternative investments, and it took place while she was registered with Newbridge Securities Corporation.

April 2024. “Breach of fiduciary duty, negligence.” The customer sought $75,000 in damages, and the case was settled for $2,500. The complaint was regarding non-traded real estate investment trusts (REITs), and it took place while she was registered with Newbridge Securities Corporation.

March 2023. “Breach of fiduciary duty, negligence and breach of contract.” The customer sought $100,000 in damages, and the case was settled for $30,000. The complaint was regarding alternative investments, and it took place while she was registered with Newbridge Securities Corporation.

April 2022. “Claimants allege financial adviser recommended unsuitable investments. Claimant further allege causes of action of suitability, negligent supervision and breach of contract.” The customer is seeking $100,000.01 in damages, and the case is currently pending. The complaint was regarding real estate securities, and it took place while she was registered with  First Allied Securities, Inc

October 2017. “Alleged that a partial transfer of $90,000.00 from an existing Jackson National Life Variable Annuity on 02/10/2016 was unsuitable.” The customer is seeking $87,397.47 in damages, and the case is currently pending. 

Pursuant to FINRA Rules, member firms are responsible for supervising a broker’s activities during the time the broker is registered with the firm. Therefore, Newbridge Securities Corporation may be liable for investment or other losses suffered by Elaine Zito’s customers.
