- April 2020. “Claim is alleging breach of contract, fraud, misrepresentation, breach of fiduciary duty and violation of FINRA rules.” The customer is seeking $145,715 in damages and the case is currently pending. The complaint was regarding direct investments.
- September 2019. “Claim is alleging breach of fiduciary duty and negligence relating to investment made in 2017.” The customer is seeking $150,000 in damages and the case is currently pending. The complaint was regarding direct investments.
Pursuant to FINRA Rules, member firms are responsible for supervising a broker’s activities during the time the broker is registered with the firm. Therefore, Concorde Investment Services, LLC may be liable for investment or other losses suffered by Zupek’s customers.
