January 2023. “Claimants allege they were recommended unsuitable investments.” The customer is seeking $500,000 in damages, and the case is currently pending.
July 2020. “Claimant alleges unsuitable investment recommendations.” The customer sought $250,000 in damages, and the case was settled for $57,500.
