March 2025. “Claimants allege violations of Common Law fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, negligent failure to supervise, negligence, regarding investments made in private placement offerings for First Capital, Hospitality Investors Trust and Cole Capital during 2017 to 2018.” The customer is seeking $210,000 in damages, and the case is currently pending. The complaint was regarding private placements, and it took place while he was registered with Cabot Lodge Securities LLC.
