He has been the subject of four customer complaints between 2011 and 2023, two of which were closed without action, according to his CRD report. The most recent complaint was regarding:
February 2023. “Claimants allege that their representative recommended unsuitable structured notes for their account. Activity period: November 2021 to September 2023.” The customer is seeking $500,000 in damages, and the case is currently pending. The complaint was regarding structured note losses.
