Claimant also alleges that fair and balanced disclosures were not made regarding the high-risk nature of the investment products recommended.” The customer is seeking $250,000 in damages, and the case is currently pending. The complaint was regarding direct investments and real estate securities, and it took place while he was registered with Geneos Wealth Management, Inc.
