- October 2019. “Client allege violations of federal securities laws, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty.” The customer is seeking $5,000 in damages. The complaint is regarding mutual funds and oil and gas investment losses.
- March 2019. “Client alleges violations of Federal Securities Laws,violations of Minnesota Securities Act, Violation of FINRA rules.” The customer is seeking $445,000 in damages in this pending customer complaint. The complaint is regarding real estate securities.
