January 2022. “Claimant alleged unsuitable investments, breach of fiduciary duty, failure to supervise, breach of contract, misrepresentations, over-concentration, excessive trading and unauthorized trading. Not specified, but account open 2011-2021.” The customer is seeking $400,000 in damages and the case is currently pending. The complaint was regarding exchange traded funds (ETFs), mutual funds, and common and preferred stocks.
