Can I recover losses from investments with former Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. broker Allan Snider (CRD# 429580) who suffered losses due to unsuitable investment recommendations? He was registered with Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. in Saddle Brook, New Jersey from 2011 to 2020.

Allan Snider Customer Complaints

He has been the subject of two customer complaints between 2001 and 2022, one of which was closed without action, according to his CRD report:

Not specified, but account open 2011-2021.” The customer is seeking $400,000 in damages and the case is currently pending.
