Former PFS Investments Inc. broker Alan Ngo (CRD# 4273116) was barred by FINRA for selling away. He was registered with PFS Investments Inc. in Freehold, New Jersey, from 2003 to 2025.
In May 2026, FINRA barred the broker after he “consented to the sanction and to the entry of findings that he refused to provide information and documents and to appear for on-the-record testimony requested by FINRA in connection with an investigation into whether he sold securities away from his member firm.”
Alan Ngo Customer Complaints
He has been the subject of one customer complaint, according to his CRD report:
June 2026. “Client alleges she withdrew funds from her PFSI investment accounts to provide to Mr. Ngo for an alternative investment. To date, she has not been repaid, which she has characterized as theft.” The case is currently pending. The complaint was regarding mutual fund losses, and it took place while he was registered with PFS Investments Inc.
Pursuant to FINRA Rules, member firms are responsible for supervising a broker’s activities during the time the broker is registered with the firm. Therefore, PFS Investments Inc. may be liable for investment or other losses suffered by Alan Ngo’s customers.
