Osaic Wealth, Inc. broker Marat Likhtenstein (CRD# 2470480) is accused of promissory note losses. He has been registered with Osaic Wealth, Inc. in Brooklyn, New York, from 2018 to 2024, when he was terminated regarding, “Failure to disclose personal loan transactions with a client.” He was registered with Signator Investors, Inc. in Brooklyn, New York, from 2001 to 2018.
In August 2024, FINRA barred him after he refused to provide documents and information and to appear for on-the-record testimony requested by FINRA in connection with its investigation that he “was discharged because he failed to disclose personal loan transactions with a client.”
