  • Git Securities Corporation in Plainview, New York, from 2001 to 2002
  • Berry-Shino Securities, Inc. in Scottsdale, Arizona, from May to October 2001
  • Broadband Capital Management, LLC in New York, New York, from 2000 to 2001
  • D.L. Cromwell Investments, Inc. in Boca Raton, Florida, from 1999 to 2000
  • Whitehall Wellington Investments, Inc. in Port Washington, New York, from January to February 1999
  • Fin-Atlantic Securities, Inc. in Jupiter, Florida, from September to December 1998, when he was terminated regarding, “n/a alleged using unauthorized material during sales presentations, misrepresentation regarding my previous investment history and those of my clients, alleged possession of a script.”

In September 2001, the Wisconsin Dept of Financial Institutions, Div of Securities alleged that he failed “to complete agent licensing application” and sanctioned him to a “summary order of denial of securities agent license application.”

Eyal Farag Customer Complaints

He has been the subject of four customer complaints between 1999 and 2024, two of which were closed without action, according to his CRD report:

July 2024. “Time frame: Unspecified. Claimant alleges unsuitable investments and breach of fiduciary duty.” The customer is seeking $100,000 in damages, and the case is currently pending. The complaint took place while he was registered with Aegis Capital Corp., and it was regarding stock losses.

April 2023. “Time frame: 2020 – present. Claimant alleges negligence, breach of contract, churning.” The customer sought $175,000 in damages, and the case was settled for $40,000. The complaint took place while he was registered with Aegis Capital Corp. 

Pursuant to FINRA Rules, member firms are responsible for supervising a broker’s activities during the time the broker is registered with the firm. Therefore, Aegis Capital Corp. may be liable for investment or other losses suffered by Eyal Farag’s customers.
